Sharing the meals I made this week in hopes of sparking some inspiration. These are simple meals and most recipes are not my own. I will link the recipes I followed below in the post.
For context, I am a newlywed and am learning how to cook meals for myself and my husband. We are on a budget, so these are easy and relatively inexpensive meals that anyone can make. I have Celiac's Disease, so I follow a gluten free diet and my husband is a picky eater. By no means are these meals unique, but they work for our family.
I typically cook 2-3 meals a week. This week I only did 2 since we were at a Braves game one night and had some other family plans another night!

Lemon Pepper Wings with Tater Tots -
I made these using a lemon pepper flavored frozen bag of wings from Walmart. We had never tried these before, but the seasoning was really good. I heated up some frozen tater tots in the air fryer as a side. My Grandfather and Dad joined us for dinner, so the entire bag of wings served 4 people with leftovers. We really enjoyed this dinner!

Slow Cooker Ham -
I always try to add in a protein that is different from our normal chicken and beef. I chose ham this week and it was delicious! I used a 3lb boneless pre-sliced ham. This was more than enough of ham for the two of us. (We were able to have ham sandwiches for lunches throughout the week) I loved making this in the crockpot. Since I work full time crockpot meals are my favorite kind of meals. I paired this with green beans and instant mashed potatoes.
