Sharing the meals I made this week in hopes of sparking some inspiration. These are simple meals and most recipes are not my own. I will link the recipes I followed below in the post.
For context, I am a newlywed and am learning how to cook meals for my husband and I. We are on a budget, so these are easy and relatively inexpensive meals that anyone can make. I have Celiac's Disease, so I follow a gluten free diet and my husband is a picky eater.
This week was VERY simple.

Ham and Cheese Sliders - My mom used to make these sliders to take to her tennis matches. It's a reallu simple meal. I used Hawaiian rolls, Dijon mustard, honey ham, and cheese. Brushed on a little melted butter and sprinkled on some poppy seeds. Heat until the cheese is melted.
Loaded Baked Potatoes - This is one of our comfort meals. We load up our potatoes to make it filling enough for a meal. I tried out this recipe (https://www.afamilyfeast.com/perfect-baked-potatoes/) to bake the potatoes and they were so good!
Chicken Parmesan Lasagna - I have not made this yet, but I am planning to on Saturday. My husband originally found this recipe on Instagram and we both wanted to try it. To make this gluten free I am using gluten free noodles and gluten free bread crumbs.
